This is a Loan/Grant Management and Tracking system. It is a user friendly system that makes it easy to track a Project/Loan/Grant from Application, Loan closing, Payments and final Pay-off. The Financial Assistance Board (FAB) previously had a legacy application (FABLoan) for Loans and tracked its Projects and Grants through spreadsheets.

FABTrac, the new system, integrates FAB Loan, Project tracking system and Grant Tracking System into a single web-based application.
