Twenty-six teams nominated their projects for this award, and the Governor of Delaware, Ruth Ann Minner, selected five teams as finalists. We are pleased to inform that our project ‘One Stop Business Registration and Licensing (OSBRL)’ was selected as one of the top five positions.
