 Business:

One Stop Business Registration and Licensing (OSBRL) is a service provided by the Delaware Division of Revenue and the Department of Labor. New businesses may use this site to register themselves as well as obtain licenses online. License fees, where needed, are paid online. Tax payers may print temporary licenses immediately at the end of the application process. Other features of this site include:

    * A user friendly Q & A interview format to complete the application process.
    * Ability to complete the application in several sessions.
    * Minimize repetitive data entry.
    * Generate reports for the DOR and DOL for reconciliation and further processing.
    * Print copy of completed applications, receipt and temporary license.
    * Administrators can track completed and incomplete sessions .

Hunting:

This is a comprehensive module to create and issue Hunting Licenses for residents and Non-residents of the state of Delaware. These licenses are issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC). The following licenses and tags are issued online.

    * Resident Hunting License.
    * Non-Resident Hunting License.
    * Non-Resident 3 day Hunting License.
    * Resident Hunter Choice Deer Tag.
    * Non-Resident Hunter Choice Deer Tag.
    * Resident Quality Buck Deer Tag.
    * Non-Resident Quality Buck Deer Tag.
    * Resident Trout Stamp.
    * Resident Young Angler Trout Stamp.
    * Non-Resident Trout Stamp.

In addition to the Public facing site, there is a comprehensive Administrative site to the following:

    * Create the above licenses.
    * Set license fees.
    * Set License Validation dates.
    * Create Term and Conditions for the Licenses.
    * Generate several reports to document and reconcile cash receipts.
    * Search for Licensees by name and other parameters.
    * Edit licensees information when needed.
    * Fulfillment Module for users unable to print licenses online.
    * Year end fulfillment of Duck Stamps.

Fishing:

This is a comprehensive module to create and issue Fishing Licenses for residents and Non-residents of the state of Delaware. Dog:

Admin Configurable Dog Licenses for 1, 2 or 3 year - Unsterilized as well as Spayed/Neutered Dogs

Professionals working in Waste Water System:

Allow Licensed Professionals working in the Waste Water System to do the following :

    * Report Address Changes online at no cost.
    * Renew licenses online and pay renewal fees online.
    * Report courses taken during the past year in order to maintain their license.

These request for renewal and address changes are reviewed by the administrators who provide their approval for these requests and changes.
